In May 2005 she was invited at the Mariinsky Theatre of St. Petersburg to make the original choreography of the ballet
“The Magic Nut” (based on E.T.A. Hoffmann’s tale “Nutcracker and Mouse King”)
– a super production with 262 characters, in which the entire troupe was engaged, together with 72 children from
the “A. Vaganova” Academy of Ballet.
The performance enjoyed tremendous success and is now in its third season as part of the theatre’s permanent repertoire. In January, 2006, with great success she put on stage the ballet „Prokofiev-Rachmaninov-Stravinsky” /under the patronage of the President of Republic Bulgaria/ with soloists from the Mariinsky Ballet in the National Opera Sofia.
She is also author of libretti and screenplays. Her husband Mihail Pandoursky is film director and award winner of international film.
